By using this simple but effective Pre-Paid Support Voucher process you can buy support services at the time it is needed. Matching charges to actual requirements is seen by many companies as an effective means of managing costs.
Support vouchers can be used for telephone, remote control support or onsite visits. So it is highly flexible and provides the ability to satisfy all support conditions.
For a limited number of new clients each month JFLS will provide one hour of free support so you can gauge our level of service. This is available for clients with 5 PC’s and a Server or above.
